SACS, the Swedish Association of Civil Security was founded in 2006. The Association is open to companies in Sweden with products, services and systems in the area of Civil Security. SACS define civil security as the ability of society to handle antagonistic or non-antagonistic threats with a significant impact on the functioning of society.
